Welcome to The Play Patch! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including class registrations, party bookings, and all online and in-person experiences provided by The Play Patch.

By using our site or booking services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

Classes:

  • Class bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved third-party platform.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by The Play Patch.

  • Parent or caregiver participation is required for all classes.

Parties:

  • A deposit is required to secure a party date and is non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be rescheduled (based on availability). Deposits may be forfeited if cancelled within 14 days.

  • Outside food, drinks, and decorations may be brought, but must be appropriate and approved in advance.

2. Health & Safety

  • All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Please do not attend if you or your child is unwell.

  • The Play Patch reserves the right to ask any guest who is disruptive, disrespectful, or endangering others to leave the premises without a refund.

3. Liability Waiver

By participating in any activity at The Play Patch, you acknowledge that:

  • Physical activity involves inherent risks.

  • You assume full responsibility for the safety and behavior of your child(ren) while attending The Play Patch.

  • The Play Patch, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your visit, except in the case of proven negligence.

4. Personal Belongings

We encourage you to travel light. The Play Patch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and class/program materials — is the property of The Play Patch and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Online Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or performance of our site.

  • Submit false or misleading information in any form or booking.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, class, or feature at any time without notice. If a booking is affected, we will contact you directly to reschedule or refund as needed.
